Operation Bar Manager

Join our team at Silverland Hospitality as Operation Bar Manager. You will be responsible for:

1. Main Duties:

a. Operation Management:

- Overseeing the entire operation of the Bar, including customer service, staff management, and day-to-day activities.

- Ensuring the quality of services and products meets the standards, from beverages to customer service.

- Supervising compliance with food safety and occupational safety regulations.

b. Staff Management:

- Planning and assigning work to employees.

- Evaluating employee performance and proposing improvement measures.

- Motivating and encouraging staff, ensuring a positive working environment.

2. Coordination with Departments:

- F&B (Food & Beverage) Department: Collaborate to ensure high-quality food and beverages are provided.

- Hotel Management: To understand customer needs and preferences, and adjust services accordingly.

- Human Resources: For recruiting, training, and managing staff.

- Accounting Department: To manage finances, including cost control and revenue tracking.

- Marketing Department: To implement promotional campaigns and attract customers.

3. Responsibilities:

- Ensuring the revenue and profitability of the Bar.

- Assessing and improving employee performance.

- Building and maintaining good customer relationships.

- Managing the budget and controlling expenses.

4. Required Skills:

- Management Skills: Ability to manage and operate the daily activities of the Bar.

- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with customers and staff.

- Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
