The discounted rates for our corporate partners and travel agencies will differ. We commit to always providing the best rates and special benefits that are tailored to the needs and budgets of your company.

For business partner discount, Silverland Hospitality hotels will ensure basic benefits for all guests from corporate partners and travel agencies, such as free breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, and free use of in-hotel wellness facilities like pool, gym, sauna, and steam room. In addition, if there are other requests, we will try to provide as many supplementary services as possible, depending on the availability of each promotional package and the time of year. Our sales team is ready to address any questions from your company.

The standard check-in time is 2PM or 3PM (depending on each individual hotel’s policy) and the check-out time is 12PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to room availability at each hotel and may vary depending on the time. We also have a flexible late check-out policy up to 6PM or 7PM, where we only charge half the room rate, depending on the hotel's capacity at the time of guests’ stay. To ensure your guests can check-in early or check-out late, your company may consider booking an additional night before or after their stay.

Business partners’ guests are welcome to continue using the shared hotel amenities after checking out, such as the pool, gym, sauna, and steam room, depending on the facilities available at each hotel.

Silverland Hospitality hotels do not have dedicated workspaces, but we do have cafes and restaurants within the hotel premises that are convenient for meeting with partners, clients, and conducting business discussions with high-speed internet access. We also have smaller meeting rooms at some of our hotels that can accommodate private meetings or gatherings, and these will be charged separately, not included in the room rate.

According to Silverland Hospitality policy, business partners will receive a booking confirmation email and are expected to make the payment in advance before checking in. In the event the guest does not show up, the full cost will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Depending on the agreement with each corporate partner and travel agency, the airport transfer service to and from Tan Son Nhat International Airport may be included in the room rate for our hotel guests. In cases where airport transfer services are not covered in the room rate, we are happy to provide airport transfer services at a discounted rate specifically for our hotel guests.

Depending on the agreement with each corporate partner and travel agency, a certain amount or type of laundry services may be included in the room rate for our hotel guests. In cases where laundry services are not covered in the room rate, we are happy to provide laundry services upon request for our hotel guests.
