• Collaborating with the Business Manager to develop business strategies and implement activities to achieve sales targets.
• Seeking new customers while maintaining and developing support from existing customers.
• Working with customers with the support of the manager.
• Guiding customers to view rooms and hotel facilities.
• Keeping track of the business performance of competitive rivals and sharing necessary changes with the manager.
• Assisting the Business Room Manager in communicating hotel promotional programs to customers.
