- Being a main player in all initiatives related to Silverland’s hotels and F&B outlets including branding, marketing, PR, affiliate, partnership.
- Acting as the key contact point of the Marketing department to support the hotels’ GMs and Heads (DOS, DOR, FBM, FOM…) in marketing activities and promotion campaigns.
- Manage and develop content for online (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok…) and offline communication tools.
- Being responsible for editing and developing marketing materials like website, portfolio, brochure, factsheet, hotel directory, leaflet, flyer, TVC, Video Clip…for the hotels and outlets.
- Planning and executing offline marketing activities of the Group including the collaborating events with external partners.
- Working closely with the Digital Sales and Marketing team to support the team for selling and promoting the hotels’ products and services.
- Managing a team of up to 5 Marcom staff including being responsible for Graphic Design’s creativity, workload and quality.
- Supervising marketing’s budget and report when and where needed.
- Other duties as per request by CMO and CEO
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, digital marketing or related field or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the marketing field..
- Level of confidence in engaging at all levels and across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Knowledge for translating data into clear, easy-to-understand and useful information for stakeholders..
- Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently, as well as strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both individually and collaboratively, in a team environment
- Experience with Ads Manager, TripAdvisor, TikTok and various social media platforms, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok…
- Working 8 hours per day, 5,5 days per week.
- Will work with a young, dynamic and passionate Marketing team.
