- Variance Analysis: Perform variance analysis to identify and explain deviations from expected costs.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Compliance and Auditing: Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments/sections teams to optimize cost structures.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years in cost accounting or a related role.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
