Ho Chi Minh City Ao Dai Festival 2024 marks 10 years of development

This year's Ho Chi Minh City Ao Dai Festival has activities such as: Festival Opening Program; The concert with Ao Dai is scheduled to take place from 7:10 a.m. to 8:3 a.m. on March 114 at the Nguyen Hue walking street area. This is also an event to celebrate the 8th anniversary of International Women's Day on March 3, with the highlight being the Ao Dai costume performance with the participation of about 5.000 people from different ages and genders.

The Organizing Committee hopes that the activities in the Ho Chi Minh City Ao Dai Festival will create a spread and response from the people of the city, 21 districts and Thu Duc city, businesses, agencies, Departments, branches, unions and visitors, especially civil servants, public employees and female workers, respond by wearing ao dai during public reception activities and at the office during the Festival.

According to Mr. Le Truong Hien Hoa, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, the spread from the Ao Dai Festival will contribute to making ao dai become a familiar outfit of the city's people from daily life, beauty at the office to important events.
