- Manage and supervise the Front Office team, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Handle guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and address guest inquiries/complaints.
- Train and develop staff, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Ensure proper handling of cash and billing, ensuring accuracy in the hotel’s financial transactions.
- Maintain daily operations and ensure the front desk runs smoothly, including overseeing the shift schedule.
- Prepare and review reports, handle guest feedback, and coordinate with other departments.

- Degree in Hospitality Management or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a hotel management or front office supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Proficient in hotel management software and MS Office.
